Clara Davila
OWNER AND GENERAL MANAGER
Clara is the backbone of the HairVenture operations. Originally trained in Advertising, Marketing, she acquired a deep, innate knowledge of brand, trends and market capture plans. She is passionate about her role and thrives on working with a such a diverse and dynamic team of people every day. Clara is also immensely proud to be a Non-For Profit leader in South Florida playing a key role for Colombian Volunteer Ladies, Manos Hermanas, and supporting many more social organizations; she finds it imperative to contribute back to society and she inspires the next generation of female business leaders and entrepreneurs, by showcasing and engaging successful women from all walks of business life. Clara’s main focus is always on the clients’ experience in the salon, and her continued commitment to offering the highest level of customer care. Her friendly disposition and positive energy ensure she is always on hand to help as well as being instrumental in the organization of the reception team.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR/MASTER STYLIST
Felix is the Creative Director and Master Stylist at HairVenture. With over 20 years of experience and training in Paris, Latin America, and the USA he will head our new Apprenticeship Program. Now in Weston, Felix is here to help you personalize your hair color and cut in a style that suits your own complexion, lifestyle and sense of fashion. He is trained as a Color Professor with Goldwell Germany, Alpha Parf Milan, and Kérastase Paris; he will head our own HAIRVENTURE Apprenticeship Program. Felix will lead our own Kérastase Private Suite where he will maintain his service excellence and loyalty to all his clients and welcome new ones.

With an impressive legacy spanning over 30 years in the industry and a background as a former salon owner, Renee is a seasoned professional bringing unparalleled expertise to the world of hairstyling. Renowned for her state-of-the-art styling techniques, Renee specializes in the intricate art of highlights and color. Known affectionately as the ‘Blonde Queen,’ she has a keen eye for transforming hair into personalized works of art, ensuring each client leaves with a look that radiates confidence and beauty. Her passion lies in the creation of hairstyles that not only enhances individual features, but also infuses every strand with beautiful body and volume. With over 20 years hairdressing experience, a Master Hair Stylist, Jodie offers a wide portfolio of services including waves, color, hair extensions, roots treatments, braidless sew-ins, tape-ins and microlinks. She is a master in color corrections, highlights, permanent waves and smoothing excessively curly hair. Jodie has built an extremely loyal client base and has honed her skills to become a specialist in cutting and styling curly and ethnic hair. She is an advocate of embracing what you have and using methods to enhance the movement of your natural hair and coax it into the desired style.
